Happy New Year and greetings come from Felise Larson and Jerry Lee. They write that they look forward to be with us again in the Spring.
Check out the monthly mailing from UUA, CUC & Windows of the World from Unitarian Universalist United Nations Office. Also check out the workshops, meetings and Leadership school that will be happening this year. Anyone interested in attending any of these?
Our committees are all working hard on our behalf. Look for two workshops by the ARE Committee on the new statement of principles and conflict resolution. The Worship Committee is organizing some more interesting Sunday Services and the Music Committee (The Then and Now Choir) are planning some exciting music events. Our attendance on Sundays have increased over this last year, which I am sure has something do to with their efforts.

Registration of our Constitution and By-law changes will happen this month. Two complete copies will be made available from the library. For your own copy speak to Amanda.
We are still working on Liability Insurance for the Board and a decision should be made soon.
We are hoping to apply to the Sharing Our Faith Fund to help with the 2005-2006 Intern Student expenses.
We need to work on developing polices & procedures. Anyone interested in working on this ad hoc committee? (contact Shurly)
Look for some changes, coffee, stickers, changes in the room organization, etc. Some of these great ideas came from Anna.

One question that came up at the Board Meeting, “Do we want to continue with the Hymn Warm up?” We will take a few minutes in one of the forums to discuss this issue.

Victoria F. has a great idea for a new alter cloth. Look for this in the next few weeks.

Next Meeting Feb. 15th, JBNH, 4-6 pm, everyone is welcome.

Kindest regards, Shurly
